Monthly Systems Care

Keep critical systems maintained before small problems become outages.

A documented maintenance relationship for businesses that want recurring system review, controlled maintenance, and a known technical point of contact without buying an unlimited help-desk contract.

Monthly Systems Care

Keep important systems maintained instead of waiting for the next failure.

Scheduled health review, patch coordination, backup review, documented follow-through, and reserved support for the systems your business depends on.

Plans from₱5,500/month View Monthly Care

Maintenance becomes scheduled work instead of an emergency expense.

Each plan names the covered systems, included support time, maintenance cadence, and reporting. Monthly care uses the customer’s existing or agreed monitoring, backup, and update methods; missing platforms are identified and scoped separately instead of being quietly bundled into the plan.

Review

Catch Problems Earlier

Review available monitoring, capacity, service health, certificates, backup results, and recurring failures before they become a business interruption.

Maintain

Use Controlled Maintenance Windows

Coordinate updates, reboots, backup review, and validation using the agreed maintenance method for each covered system.

Document

Know What Changed

Receive a recurring customer report that separates completed work, findings, tooling gaps, risks, and recommended projects.

Monthly care does not pretend software platforms already exist.

If usable monitoring, backup, or patching tools are already in place, Tech-Ops works with those approved tools. If they are missing or unsuitable, the gap is documented and a monitoring, backup, patching, or automation setup project is quoted separately. Commercial licenses, subscriptions, cloud charges, SMS fees, and vendor products remain separate customer costs unless the agreement specifically says otherwise.

Choose the amount of infrastructure you want covered.

Plans are month-to-month after the environment review. They are intentionally limited maintenance retainers, not unlimited end-user help desk or 24/7 support contracts.

Plan Boundaries

  • Only systems named in the agreement are covered.
  • Included hours do not roll over.
  • Additional work requires approval.
  • Deployments and migrations are separate projects.
  • Hardware, software, licenses, subscriptions, cloud charges, and third-party services are separate.
  • New monitoring, backup, patching, remote-management, or automation platform deployment is separate unless specifically written into the agreement.
  • 24/7 availability is not included.
  • After-hours emergencies are subject to availability.
  • Either party may end the plan before renewal.

No surprise expansion of scope.

If a finding turns into a deployment, migration, major repair, or work beyond the included support time, the additional work is identified and approved before it is billed.

Additional remote labor: ₱625 per 30 minutes. Additional on-site labor: ₱750 per 30 minutes.
